Day 1

Well, day one of my furlough is nearly over. Was a pretty eventful day.

-Dermotology appointment at 8:10 for the little mark on Connor's thigh (been there forever). Thought it was to the point that we'd biopsy it to find out what it is, so started drugging Connor at 7:45...turns out we got a new steriod cream and a hope that with warm weather coming...it'll go away. So, we'll wait and see. Doesn't bother him at all, just still would like some confirmation that it's not anything bad. Doctor doesn't seem to be bothered.
-One year checkup at 10:10. Went well, on track developmentally, main concern was the constipation he's been having lately. All of a sudden will just stop, and scream scream scream. I feel SO bad for him. Plus, then I always worry that it's something to do with his Hirschprung's. But, we did come to the conclusion that I've been out of juice the last week or so at home...where he was probably having one sippy cup of juice a day, which may have been keeping him regular. So, we bought lots of juice today. Here are his stats:

Head circumference: 18 3/4 (84%)
Weight: 22 lbs 13 oz (51%)
Height: 28 1/2" (13%)

Yes. 13. We're trying not to dwell on it. (kidding)

3 shots and a fingerprick later and we were good.

-Lunch with mom
-Home for nap
-I attempted to run on the treadmill while Connor played in the bedroom...(treadmill is in the bedroom too), worked out OK...
-Walk to the park, loved the swing
-To Sherwin Williams to buy stain for the pillars
-To see Pat from Silk Expressions with Anne to figure out Anne's wedding center pieces :)
-Dinner with Anne and Connor
-Home to bed :)

Eventful...but somewhat boring (except for the parts with Anne :))
