Confused? Yes, all words belong.
There are many important and meaningful events that happen during Lent...but I have to guiltily (is that a word?) admit that there is one, small, meaningless thing that I do look forward to every year during Lent.
Subway in Mankato brings back their seafood sensations sub. And man is it sensational.
What makes it even better is the extra texture of croutons. Yes, croutons. I actually keep them in my purse during Lent. (Subway used to carry them for their salads, but they don't anymore, so I have to supply my own)
Italian herbs & cheese is just my favorite bread there :)
My goal is to hold myself to one a week. Lent isn't that long.
