Tough labor - epidural wore off and 1 hour of HARD pushing according to Bryan. Dr. Gildner had to use the vacuum so Connor's head is a tad cone-like but nurses assure us that this will be almost completely gone by the time baby and mom get to go home.
I got to go in and see everybody at about 4:00 AM and get some pictures. What a precious little miracle. Connor got his first bath and took his first drink before Mom headed into the shower. She is VERY sore but on the way to recovery with good pain relievers and knowledge that she and Bryan have a perfectly healthy, beautiful baby boy. As soon as things settle down in here and I'm finished trying to figure out how to add pics to this blog, I'm outa here to go home, get cleaned up, maybe take a little nap, then start SHOPPING!! : ) Thanks again to all of you blog readers for your support!

O my gosh he is adorable!!!!! Congratulations lady!!!! you did it... Finally! :-) So it was the chimes that we heard. I was starting to worry. Ha. He is so precious. i can't wait to see him! and yay i get to buy baby boy clothes. Woo hoo!!! Congrats!

Congrats Brian and Christy! I knew it would be a boy. He is very handsome and has two wonderful parents. When I saw the picture of your mom and Brian, I almost got teary-eyed because Brian looks so proud (as he should be). Best of luck with recovery and I can't wait to hold little Connor! :)

By the way grandma, don't worry Sam had a huge head too and had to be suctioned out and her head went back to normal so no worries. His looks fine. He is so beautiful, just like his mom and dad!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!He's adorable and we're so glad he's healthy and everyone is O.K.! I kept my computer on all night but didn't get up to see past the 10 pm. entry.
