the epidural at about 6:30 PM
Wow...the anesthesiologist had a tough time with Christy...ended up being the needle's fault, but GOOD GRIEF...took multiple pokes until he tried a new needle - then the catheter went right into where it was supposed to. Christy was awesome throughout the ordeal as was coach Bryan who held her shoulders and whispered SOMETHING into her ear to keep her going. Scary...but it's over now and it was very successful according to the anesthesiologist who just checked in on her again. Pain of contractions is now rating only a 4 compared to nearly 10 on the 1-10 scale, so we all have high hopes that it'll be smooth sailing from here on out....C'MON OUT BABY BODE!!! - that's all for now. Glad you're feeling better Christy! My finger was getting tired from hitting 'refresh' looking for a new post so thanks for the update Ruth!
Hopefully it is soon and just think, Christy, your google analytics must be shooting through the roof with all these visitors.....heck, you've given my blog close to 100 referrals in one day! Love ya:)
